Jared Leto wasn’t even nominated for an Academy Award this year, but that didn’t stop him from having a really great time on Oscar night.
In fact, let’s take it a step further: After reviewing photographic evidence from the evening, we’re going to go ahead and say that nobody enjoyed themselves at the Oscars more than Jared Leto. Don’t believe us? WELL.
Delighted by this turn of events, he gave two tentative thumbs up.
And then was immediately overwhelmed by the enormity of the situation.
Jared Leto could not believe he was at the Oscars with Zedd.
Or this guy, OMG.
Unable to contain his excitement, he infected at least three other men with a highly contagious strain of Crazy Face.
He was downright thrilled to see a fellow alumnus of 1990s television.
The only way Jared Leto could have an even better time at the Oscars? Photobombing everyone.
He doesn’t even know these people.
This may have been the point in the night where Jared Leto’s excitement began to reach dangerously high levels.
Eventually, the neurons governing the location of his tongue short-circuited.
Diane Kruger might have been a little bit concerned.
But Jared Leto was having far too much fun to care.
Congratulations, Jared Leto, on having the greatest Oscar night of 2015, and possibly all time.
