Parce que je suis partie fouiller dans les fins fonds de ma boite mail, je retombe sur quelques messages que le groupe (surtout Jared) a envoyé il y a quelques années de ça... j'ai supprimé les autres (pauvres innocente que j'étais... Gne

) et certains billets myspace ne sont plus accessibles par les liens qui sont dans les mails... faudrait remonter toute leur liste de bulletins mais c'est long et mal fait donc je ferai ça quand j'aurai du temps à perdre. ^^

Just a quick note to say hello and how excited we are to see all the new faces and how much we miss the old ones. Europe has been nothing short of absolutely incredible so far. Whether wandering the rainy streets of Paris or losing ourselves in the magical night of Berlin, we have had the most amazing time exploring these magnificent cities. Whenever we have a rare spare minute or two we rush to explore these new and inspiring places.

Although many of you overseas have known us for some time now, it does feel a bit like we are starting over. It's exciting to feel the beginning again and we are very humbled by this chance to come and visit with you all.

Highlights so far have been the Paris Show (merci!), Pinkpop (we never thought we would have such great show at 1145AM! Thanks for that. Great crowd and 'the slide' was a blast), and Berlin (eschleeebidishhh!).

It was a virtual [ECHELON] convention last night in Berlin and that was actually the best part of the entire evening, seeing all of you, from so many wonderful places, coming together.

We are so glad we got to hang out for a few precious moments and talk with the wonderful European division of this army/family/movement/madhouse. You should all know that wherever you go now in this beautiful world there is family waiting to embrace you with open arms.

It's the first music video ever shot 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle in Greenland. Determined to offset the impact that filming would have on the environment, the band worked with the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) to develop strategies that would minimize fuel consumption on the shoot and purchased North American Blend Green Tags (a renewable energy certificate product) from the Bonneville Environmental Foundation. Purchasing Green Tags supports new renewable electricity generation, which offset the environmental effects of burning coal, gas and other fossil fuels across North America.

D'ailleurs, je revisualise parfaitement leur mail de bonne année de 2009 (je crois) mais j'arrive pas à remettre la main dessus...
Ils faisaient un bilan complet de l'année, citez je ne sais combien de livres, de films etc, et il y avait même une carte de noel avec des mini-eux qu'ils avaient reçus et tellement aimé qu'ils l'avaient mis dans leur message... Maryyyyy ?? tu vois ce que je veux dire ? t'as toujours ça quelque part ? Rire1

2008 brought us so many wonderful things we never expected and we are so thankful for that. We traveled the world playing shows and more and started working on our new record, which we couldn't be more thrilled about. We are already very proud of the songs and the experience we have had. Favorite Unusual Experience(s): Visiting the Malaysian Batu Caves and watching the Monkeys drink a can of Coke.

Favorite New Friend: Flood

Comme d'habitude avec Mars on en apprend tous les jours, je ne savais pas ce qu'ils avaient pu mettre en place pour le clip ABL pour minimiser les dégâts sur l'environnement ! D'ailleurs le site bougeait encore à cette époque...
